my docter told me i need to go on an anti candida diet.. which pretty much means no carbs other than vegetables and all meat eggs and stuff like that… well im a freshman and i dont know what to bring for lunch so the people at my table dont think im a weirdo or trying to go anerexic or something because im not fat…..
so any suggestions thanks
i would just eat a huge breakfast and wait tell i get home to eat but then people will think im like starving myself..

Im on this too… and im in sixth form (16)
When you say no carbs.. thats not completley true is it? maybe your diet is diffrent to mine…
For lunch right now in school i have wraps (like you have with mexican food) - some will have sugar in or even yeast , but most are fine.
I have it with chicken and guacamole (mushed up avacado , with lime juice , onion , tomato , and cucumber) with cheese.
Its really nice
but when i want a change i have salads… like couscous salad , or quinoa salad. or just a normal salad.
lke tomatoes , lemon juice (even though fruit juice isnt allowed cause of sugar , this is) , corriander , mint.
herbs make everything taste better.
for a normal salad i have peppers/tomatoes/cucumber/olive oil+lemon juice/salt and pepper/feta cheese.
and all of them with chicken.
I think the wrap is the easiest option.
