What can a person add to their diet to help get rid of yeast, and what should be cut out? Are there foods that should be avoided, like sugary foods or things that contain yeast?

this nutritionist told my mom to get some natural tampons she got at a health food store they are only made out of cotton with no chemicals in them and he told her to dip them in plain yogurt she got organic yogurt and then stuck them in the freezer. when theyre frozen he said to stick the tampon in there and it should help your yeast infection. it worked for her so give it a try you have nothing to lose.

Eat lots of yogurt. Add a cup of baking soda to your bath water.

Go to Walgreens, get AZO Yeast. It is a daily pill that you can take that is homeopathic/natural that helps prevent yeast infections and can be taken in conjuction with yeast infection meds if you already have one to help rid you of the infection faster. I was prone to yeast infections a lot when i was pregnant and the doc recommended these to me and I have been taking them ever since….just because I really don’t want yeast infections EVER again.

Plain yoghurt used inside the vagina and consumed.
Cut out sugar and refined white flour items, alcohol and fruits.

I don’t know if this is homeopathic… but eat lots of yogurt (not like gallon tubs full, but 2-3 of the cups a day). It help, something about the bacteria in the yogurt… it can also help with your digestion.

if you insert a small dollop of plain yogurt into your vagina it will clear up right away! you can make a make shift applicator by taking a tampon out of its applicator and put some yogurt in its place.
