
EDIBLE FOODS:
Fruits:
Pineapple, grapefruit, lemon, avocado, papaya, mango, kiwi, banana, berries, honeydew melon, and guava.
Condiments:
Pepper, paprika, onion, garlic, oil and lemon salad dressing
Drinks:
Water (w/5 drops lemon)
Pau D’Arco tea (2-3 cups/day to clear head, but will cause die-off). Add lemon or cinnamon for taste.
Black walnut tea (eliminates worms and parasites)
Papaya juice (only if constipated). Use half juice, half water
Cranberry juice (no added sugar or sweeteners)
Goat’s milk
Wheatgrass juice (or PINE’S wheatgrass tablets and powder (high in chlorophyl, betacarotene, 91 minerals, source of dietary fiber).
Foods:
Corn, corn tortillas, corn chips
Popcorn
Rice (brown or wild preferred)
Eggs
Rice cakes
Buckwheat
Millet (good for spleen and stomach)
Amaranth (cereal and seeds). Can heat and eat as popcorn (high in lysine and tryptophan). Arrowhead mills makes an Amaranth cereal called “rice and shine”
Gooseberries (excellent source of calcium: 35oz. = 564 mg calcium compared to 35oz cow’s milk = 116-175 mg calcium)
Fresh meats (except beef and pork)
All seafood
All vegetables (steamed or stir-fried)
All nuts (unsalted and raw, except peanuts and pistachios)
All seeds
Salads (w/oil and lemon dressing)
Yams
Beans
Butter
Nut butters (except peanut)
Rice bran
Brown rice cream
Quinoa (essential amino acid balance close to ideal, high in lysine, methionine, cystine)
Rice noodle, Japanese buckwheat noodles

Brewer’s yeast (good source of protein, amino acids, lecithin, selenium)
AVOID
Smoke, hairspray, perfumes. Expose yourself to negative ions when possible (falling water, ionizer). Wind (and other things) has positive ions which produce serotonine and make us sleepy, drained of energy, tired, depressed, irritable, and decreases breathing capacity. Avoid chemicalized foods, bleached flour, excessive smoking and drinking, chemotherapy and radiation.
Chemicals: Wash clothes w/o detergents but use mild soap, borax, and soda in the laundry. Wash windows with vinegar water.
IF YOU CHEAT, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE DIE-OFF SYMPTOMS
FOODS TO AVOID:
Raw and cold foods (cause interior dampness; hence, molds)
Do not eat leftovers (freeze everything). You may be ok if you eat food made within 24 hours.

Apples, pears, grapes
Vinegar
Condiments (except some listed above)
Salad dressing (except oil and lemon)
Tomato sauce, barbecue sauce
Teas (including all Herbal Teas, except Pau D’Arco and Black Walnut)
Coffee/De-caf coffee
Whiskey, cognac (all alcoholic beverages)
Oatmeals and cereals
Horseradish
Cookies, cakes
Honey, sugar, NutraSweet, fruit juices, ice cream
Almost all fruit (except some tropical ones). No cantelope or watermelon
Dry fruits
Limit high carbo foods like: Lima beans, white potatoes, winter squash, lentils, popcorn, pumpkin, peas, barley, chestnuts (when eaten, eat fresh or boiled, but not dried).
Molasses, honey, corn syrup, maple syrup, malt syrup, amasake (especially the first month). Maple syrup can be introduced after one month (watch reactions).
