Hello. I need to start an anti-candida diet; I'm vegetarian and it's so hard! Any ideas?

Last year I developed asthma (I’m 23) out of nowhere, literally. I had tons of tests done and I am having allergies to foods and what not. I know the culprit is candida/leaky gut. I don’t eat meat, except eggs. What type of foods can I eat on the diet? I’m going crazy here and I’m sick of my breathing problem! Any help is much appreciated! Thanks!

    I’m in exactly the same boat. I’ve just started but here’s what I’ve been eating according to what I know is best (and there are different ideas on that!).

    Puffed rice with soy milk/rice milk (no added sugar) for breakie. Or you could do eggs on rice bread.

    For snacks I do rice crackers with avocado and grated cucumber and/or carrot and/or flax seeds with a squeeze of lemon. You could also do egg on this.
    Carrot or celery sticks ducked in tahini or hummus (no added sugar) and a few nuts is good. No peanuts! You can also get wheat free packet mixes for falafel which are really good with hommus (Orgran).

    I made up a huge bean salad which is really good for lunch. Whatever beans you like (kidney, borlotti, navy, butter etc) with carrot and peas and zuchini (flax seeds if you want). For the dressing I just did olive oil, sunflower oil and lots of lemon juice (no salt and pepper).

    For dinner try brown rice pasta with pumpkin, red cabbage and cashews or olive oil, avocado and sesame seeds. Also you can make rice balls with rice and veges and bake ‘em rolled in sesame seeds.
