I just recently had one about a week and a half ago i cleared it up with this pill she gave me. And now i started birth control(6 days ago) to maybe help to straighten out everythin. Does the pill make it worse? Help please i appreciate it alot…any little detail would help i just need to know what i should start doin or stop doing or if its something serious or not..thank you

Years ago I had the same problem. I found out it was my underwear. Mom had always bought me cotton underwear and when I got old enough i got the nylon or silky kind. Apparently they held too much heat and moisture and kept causing reoccurring yeast infections. I didn’t want to go back to "old lady" undies so I would sleep in the buff at night. The time spent open in the air seemed to even out the underwear effect and it worked. Now that I am older I wear "old lady" undies LOL!
Are yo sure they are yeast infections and not you ovulating?
I thought i was having yeast infections all the time also come to find out it was me ovulating…you have a white discharge for about 7-10 days. I had done allthe changing to find this out later…I had changed my type of panties, soap, laundry detergent and started wearing pantiliners everyday…If you are in fact having yeast infections this often try eating a yogurt everyday that will help
There are over the counter medications at the pharmacy, so you don’t have to go to the doctor every time. Also, to help prevent them, although it is not fool proof, wear more breathable underwear and pants. If it’s not made out of cotton, don’t put it between your legs. If you are getting them during your period and are wearing pads or pantyliners, it may be because the moisture is being held against the outside of your vagina. Try tampons, which could prevent moisture buildup where it is important.
First are you sexually active? If you are this could be the reason why. If you had a infection then you gave to your partner and you both are just passing it back and forth. He will need to be treated with antibiotic
If you are not sexually active….. there is nothing to be embarrassed about this is normal for women You should tell your mother she would want to know
You could be having an allergic reaction to toilet paper. And this may sound strange but stop using soap on your private area and do not rub your area dry pat it it or blow dry it. I am also someone who used to suffer from constant yeast infections, And the food you eat has nothing to do with it. But the number one thing is do not use soap on your vagina, This kills the natural bacteria that keeps infections away. A lot of personal experience
