Antibiotics (particularly Ceftin) altered my gut flora to the point that very few foods are safe to eat. I ate something that has been safe other days but was not safe today and suffered the consequences. Now I am moving to a much stricter anti-Candida diet. also see my blog: freeideasblog.blogspot.com
