This is my 3rd yeast infection with in a few month time. My husband as not had symptoms but each time I had an infection he treated himself as well.
I took a pill he used monistat. This morning when I went to use the restroom it smell foul, hard to describe the smell. I also notice a white discharge but it only occurs when I use the restroom. I don’t have swelling or redness but just itching especially where the urine comes out.
I was tested for diabetes a few months ago as well and was told I was pre diabetic. I haven’t changed my diet or ate anything that would cause my urine to smell.
Any clue what is going on? I’m going to the doctor on Tuesday.
In case it matters I’m 30 years old.
Also in the morning my urine is a brighter green color and through out the day it is clear except for the white discharge that comes out.

Diabetes might be the problem sugar in the urine can cause you to itch. Diabetes also can occur over a few months time so I would get retesed.
Your doctor can run a test on your urine as well to see if you have any other type of problems. If the initial infection never went away the first time it is possible it might have spread and is becoming a UTI.
In the meantime try drinking more water especially right before bed and see if it helps any.
i have the same thing, it clears after a course of antibiotics then returns a couple of weeks later this as been going on for the past two years, the doctors cant find anything wrong with me….hope you have better luck than me!!
cottage cheese discharge? smelly? Yes its a yeast infection.
Eat yogurt a lot! With acidiphillus in it. Like 4x a day.
See a doctor cause its reoccuring.
Change to all cotton undies and no tight pants.
Cut back on all sugars. To much sugar sets off the yeast infection.
