
Suggestions for Following a Yeast Free Diet Sticking To The Diet Plan
Problem:
I have been feeling so bad the last couple of days. My diet has been so bad lately. I start feeling crampy on Tuesday, then yesterday I stayed home from work with nausea. Today isn’t much better. I am not having a problem with nausea, but I am extremely gassy. I wish that I could follow this diet better. Especially now with the stress that’s in my life. If anyone has any suggestions for following a yeast free diet I’d appreciate hearing them. I know that feeling better should be a big motivator, but currently it’s not enough.

Some thoughts on sticking to the diet: go one meal at a time, often I must eat something in the morning that I’m not supposed to simply because I would pass out if I did not, but I can be “good” the rest of the day and maybe even the next. If you’ve had a real painful “cheating” day, try and remember dwell in that pain and remember all the symptoms exactly. Next time you are going to cheat, think of the pain before you eat, maybe that will help. Cravings get better and eventually go away when you stick to it long enough.
